Weekly class schedule (Pacific Time):
- Monday 6:00 pm – 30-minute Spin Express (virtual or in person)
- Tuesday 5:30 pm – Small Group Strength Training + Abs (in person)
- Wednesday 5:45 pm – 45-minute Spin (virtual or in person)
- Saturday 8:30 am – Advanced Spin (virtual only)
Thursday Stretch & Flexibility is on pause for now.
