Why Train With Me?
You’ve tried classes, diets, and maybe even other trainers—but nothing sticks. That’s because most programs aren’t built for women your age, your life, or your body.
That’s where I come in.
I’ve been strength training for over 40 years—longer than most trainers have even been alive. I don’t follow trends or recycle workout plans from 20-somethings on Instagram. I work exclusively with women 40 and up, because I understand firsthand how much your body changes with age—your joints, hormones, energy, metabolism, sleep, even your motivation.
We train in a private gym, not a crowded studio. No distractions, no pressure, no eyes on you. Just focused, smart training that fits where you are right now. I start you where you need to start—then we build strength, energy, and confidence from there.
You don’t need to be in shape to start. You just need to start.
